Once an order is placed and payment received an email will be sent to the customer to confirm the delivery details and dates available.

To qualify for free delivery the customer must order over £35.00.

If the customer has any special needs, we need to be informed ASAP by contacting customer services.

A further email will be sent to the customer with date and tracking details of the couriers.

On receipt of the delivery customer must inform customer services of any discrepancy with their order.

Our couriers will bring the goods to the door and are not authorised to enter the premises. If you have any special needs, please contact customer services when placing order.
